Abstract

The efficiency of pipeline transport depends to some degree on the technical condition. The main type of leading which defines the technical condition of linear part of main and technological pipelines is the internal pressure of the product. The defects availability in pipes metal (corrosion cavities lack of penetration, dents, cracks) which are the concentrators of stresses auf with the combination of stresses causes by internal pressure they substantially decrease the safely of pipeline systems operation, and some cases they can lead to appearance of situations of emergency. The most prospective trend in maintaining pipelines in their operational condition is binding, that is wall pipe reinforcement by strengthening elements (belts, wires, collars). Pie to binding the level of circular stresses can be easily reduced in the pipeline by transferring critical defects into pre-critical and to continue inter repair period of pipeline systems operation. Then is the technique of calculation composite binding for reinforcement of carrier ability and repair of defected parts of oil and gas pipelines. Alt has teen shown that in determining the thickness of composite binding it is necessary to tales into account the internal pressure in the pipeline under which composite binding is installed which significantly influences on their geometric parameters.
