The description of capillary control stages and the short analysis of quality characteristics and parameters of penetrants are carried out in this paper. Here we’ve presented the capacity method of complex estimation of penetrant’s quality, based on the surface tension dependence on the inductivity change and a mathematical model of the condenser capacity dependence on the wetting surfaceroughness. We have developed the chart of a control device and the description of its basic elements operation is also given here. The table of measurings results is presented and the graphic of the impedance resistance change dependences on time for standard and probed liquids is drawn in this article. It is proved that according to the curvature of the graph and the variation of points it is possible to estimate the degree of the probed surface penetrant’s moistening. The better liquid spreads accros surface, the gentler the graph is. The method enables to estimate the penetrant’s quality in relation to the state of the solid probed surface.
